Had my car taken care of yesterday they had a ready when they said they would I had the oil change tire rotation and then they had to fix a recall so I mean obviously worked on it and had it ready just when they told me what they would so it worked out really good and I had a coupon for the oil change and the tire rotation which makes it even better

Jacob Schroeder went above and beyond to help me find a car. I drove 90 minutes to get the car because he called me to let me know the color I wanted (but could not find anywhere) had come in to your dealership. I have been looking for a car since July/August and no other salesman would work with me - they just answered my questions and gave up. Jacob is the only one that actually tried to help. I appreciate his effort so much and I will definitely recommend him to others.
Angie was fantastic. It took time for the vehicle to come in due to the state of things currently, but she would give me daily updates. My purchase was also last second, as I was originally planning on picking it up on the Monday after Labor Day but quickly switched to the end of the day on Friday and she was all ready for it! Her and the gentleman that worked through my financing were both very friendly and personable.

August 23, 2021 I took in my 2007 GMC Sierra to have steering rack replaced that was defective from an earlier repair in March of this year. Service order #2076 was completed with no charge. They agreed the part was defective and replaced it the same day. Service manager agreed with me concerning the part and treated me fair and backed up their quality workmanship by installing a new part that same day. Outstanding!

Great service (oil change) but I was told I needed an air filter 54 $ thats ridiculous they are 15 $ at auto zone .Makes me not want to bring it to a dealership
I've purchased/leased a number of vehicles here over the years and the last stretch has not been equal to the quality service that was provided years ago, to the point of becoming discouraging. That all changed with this visit, specifically due to Jacob. His professionalism, courtesy, timeliness and responsiveness were all excellent! I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and work he provided. Somebody keep this guy around and allow him to support training efforts in customer service. Nothing against any other workers currently on staff, but this guy is fantastic!

took truck in for transmission issue ,through a mix up and human error warranty did not cover the transmission, service manager said they would cover half of cost , saved my butt because i did not have the money to cover full cost .
